What are the card sizes?

We have three card sizes:
• Small, dimensions 30 cm x 21 cm
• Medium at 42cm x 30cm
• Large measuring 59 cm x 42 cm

What are the cards made of?

Our cards are made of hard PVC board, 3 mm thick.

Do we remove the background from the photo?

Yes, all personalized cards are sent to our graphic designers who remove the background from the image and adjust it to get the best result. What you see on the website is just a preview and not the final design.

What photo should I add to my card?

Use original photos in high resolution so that they are good enough for printing. Do not add a photo from Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram or other social media, because the quality of the photos is often much lower. The photo should be as clear and sharp as possible. If we notice that the photo is of very poor quality and we cannot achieve the expected result, we will contact you so that you can provide us with a new photo. In any case, you are responsible for providing us with a suitable and good quality photo.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

If you wish to make any changes to your order after it has been placed, please contact us by email. Please do so as soon as possible after placing your order, as your card will be in production within a few hours.

How long do I have to wait for my order?

We try to work as quickly as possible. It takes us 4 to 7 business days to deliver the card. We send the cards via DPD courier. When the package has been sent, you will receive a notification with a tracking number for your package.

My card arrived damaged. What now?

If you are not happy with the condition of your card when it arrives, please contact our support team via email. Our team will ask for proof of damage and will quickly resolve your issue, giving you multiple options to choose from.

Can I return the card?

No, all orders placed are final. All of our cards are personalized and made to order specifically for you. To be eligible for a refund, your card must be damaged during the shipping process or if we made a mistake when personalizing your card. You must provide a photo of the damage or error. In the event that we decide to cancel/refund your order, you will receive a refund.
