The Privacy Policy document is an expression of concern for the rights of people visiting the futcards.pl website and using the services offered through it.

We process your personal data to the extent necessary for the purposes of their processing, which in turn determines the legal basis legitimizing their processing.

Purpose of processing - We care about communicating with you and your satisfaction with the services we offer. Therefore, we would like to be able to contact you and respond to any of your questions, complaints or requests related to the provision of our services.

Legal basis - Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of the GDPR - our legitimate interest. Providing a telephone number is voluntary.

Purpose of processing - in order to provide you with access to the Newsletter service, we need to receive an e-mail address to which we can communicate with you.
Data Categories - The data we collect for this purpose is your email address.
Legal basis - Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the GDPR - necessity to take action at your request before entering into a contract and to perform the contract. Providing an e-mail address is necessary to register for the Newsletter service.
- Provision of the Newsletter service
Purpose of processing - Your data is necessary for you to be able to use the Newsletter service. We need to have your e-mail address to which we can send messages.
Data Categories Your email address and/or phone number
Legal basis - Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the GDPR - necessity for the performance of the contract. Providing an e-mail address is voluntary but necessary to use the Newsletter service.
- Explicit personal data
Personal data provided when sending product reviews, etc., are not protected.
5. How long do we store your data?
If you sign up for the fsi-technology.pl online store, the personal data you provide will be processed by us until you unsubscribe from the fsi-technology.pl online store and for the next 60 days. After this period, the necessary data will be stored solely for the purposes of handling complaints and claims related to the services we provide, for the limitation period for such claims specified by law. After this time, your data will be deleted by us.
If you register for the Newsletter service, your personal data will be processed by us until you unsubscribe from this service.

6. What rights do you have as a Personal Data Subject?
In accordance with Articles 7, 15 – 22 and 77 of the GDPR, every natural person has the following rights:
- The right to access data (Article 15 of the GDPR)
The data subject is entitled to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed and, where this is the case, is entitled to access to them. In accordance with Article 15, the controller shall provide the data subject with a copy of the personal data undergoing processing.
- The right to rectification (Article 16 of the GDPR)
The data subject has the right to demand that the controller immediately rectify any inaccurate personal data concerning him or her.
- The right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") (Article 17 GDPR)
The data subject has the right to demand that the controller delete his or her personal data without delay, and the controller is obliged to delete personal data without undue delay if one of the following circumstances applies:
1) personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed,
2) the data subject has withdrawn the consent on which the processing is based,
3) the data subject objects to the processing under Article 21(1) and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing.
- Right to restrict processing (Article 18 GDPR)
The data subject has the right to request that the controller restrict processing in the following cases:
1) when the data is incorrect - for the time required to correct it,
2) the data subject has filed an objection under Article 21(1) to the processing - until it is determined whether the legitimate grounds on the part of the controller override the grounds for objection of the data subject,
3) the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the deletion of personal data, requesting instead the restriction of their use.
- The right to data portability (Article 19 of the GDPR)
You have the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to us, in order to then transmit it to another data controller. You can also request that your personal data be transmitted by us directly to another controller, provided that this is technically feasible. The exercise of the right to data portability may be limited if it adversely affects the rights and freedoms of others.
- The right to object to the use of data (Article 21 of the GDPR)
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data, including profiling, when it is based on a legitimate interest. If your objection is justified and there is no other legal basis for the processing of your personal data, your data will not be processed by us. If you object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes, your data will not be processed by us for this purpose.
- Right to withdraw consent (Article 7 of the GDPR)
Giving any consent to the processing of personal data by us is voluntary and you have the right to withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that fsi-technology.pl carried out on this basis before the withdrawal of consent.
- The right to lodge a complaint with the relevant Supervisory Authority (Article 77 of the GDPR)

8. Who do we share your data with?
Your personal data may be transferred to recipients located within the European Economic Area (hereinafter referred to as "EEA") as well as outside it (to Third Countries).
Your personal data may only be transferred to Third Countries under the conditions specified in Chapter V of the GDPR, to countries for which the European Commission has issued a decision establishing an adequate level of protection as referred to in Article 45 of the GDPR.

The recipients of your data are entities that act solely on our instructions, providing services necessary for the functioning of our company and the services we offer (e.g. hosting, CRM, accounting and mailing).
We share your personal data with entities that support us in providing services electronically, i.e. those that provide payment and credit services, support User service, support the promotion of offers, and cooperate in marketing campaigns.
We may also disclose your data in the event of a request from authorized state authorities, to the extent and on the basis specified by law.
9. Will there be any changes to the Privacy Policy?
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy, and at the same time we undertake to immediately publish a new version of the Privacy Policy on the website https://futcards.pl and to inform our Clients about the changes by e-mail.
